Little Love Healing Heart is the private, one-on-one arm of my creative practice.
While Little Dove Theatre Art holds the public-facing work — performances, productions, training, and festivals — Little Love Healing Heart exists for the inner life of the artist and the human behind the work.
It is a space for restoration, clarity, and reconnection.
A place to pause, listen, and tend to the parts of creative life that are often overlooked in the rush to make, produce, and perform.
This work supports artists, creatives, and sensitive humans to stay connected to their vision, their bodies, and their sense of self — so that making art remains sustainable, meaningful, and alive.
Why Little Love Healing Heart?
After decades of making work, leading companies, programming festivals, and mentoring artists, I experienced a period of deep artistic and personal unravelling.
For several years, I felt without direction. My creativity literally stopped. The identity I had always held through my art was gone.
In that time, I found Lomi Lomi and Hawaiian wisdom with Charlie Mahu Snow — practices that spoke directly to the body, lineage, and spirit. Later, I encountered Human Design through Amanda Leigh Walker at Seven Sisters Festival, which offered language for patterns I had always felt but never fully understood.
Little Love Healing Heart was born from that lived experience — and from a deep desire to support artists not only to make work, but to remain well, resourced, and connected enough to continue making it.
One-on-One Offerings
Little Love Healing Heart offers three complementary one-on-one pathways. Each can stand alone or work in conversation with the others, depending on what you need.
All sessions are held with care, deep listening, and respect for each person’s lived experience.
Gift vouchers are available for all offerings and can be purchased for loved ones.
Vision and Practice Sessions
Vision and Practice Sessions are one-on-one sessions for artists seeking clarity, momentum, and alignment in their creative work.
These sessions are shaped by the artist’s own practice and questions, and may also be informed by my experience in Theatre of Love, Butoh, Laban, physical theatre, and embodied performance methodologies.
Depending on what you bring, sessions may include:
Clarifying artistic vision or direction
Working through creative blocks or loss of momentum
Reconnecting with the body as a source of material
Reflecting on process, form, or methodology
Supporting transitions between projects or phases of practice
Brainstorming and / or getting ideas on the floor
There is no fixed structure. These sessions are responsive and relational — we listen for what the work is asking for, and how the artist can meet it with integrity and care.
Human Design Sessions
Available from January 15
Human Design is a system of self-understanding that weaves together ancient and contemporary wisdom, including the I Ching, astrology, the chakra system, Kabbalah, and quantum physics, to create a practical map of how your energy operates.
In these one-on-one sessions, Human Design is used as a language of permission rather than prescription — supporting you to understand how you are designed to make decisions, relate to others, and move through your creative and personal life with more ease.
Sessions may explore:
Your energy type and how you naturally interact with others
Your decision-making authority and how to trust it
Creative strengths, sensitivities, and recurring patterns
Where conditioning may be pulling you off course
How to work with your energy rather than against it
Sessions run for one hour and are available online or in person.
Your chart is prepared in advance, and a written summary is provided following the session.
Lomi Lomi
(Spiritual Hawaiian Bodywork)
Available from April 12
Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian bodywork practice that works holistically with the body, nervous system, and spirit.
I have trained in Lomi Lomi with Charlie Mahu Snow, and my approach is grounded in respect for Hawaiian wisdom traditions, consent-based touch, and embodied listening.
These sessions offer deep rest, release, and reconnection — particularly supportive for artists and creatives who hold stress, emotional labour, or trauma in their bodies.
I offer Lomi Lomi in a way that is explicitly inclusive and affirming of transgender and LGBTQIA+ people, with an understanding that bodies may carry histories of sensitivity, dysphoria, trauma, or medical complexity.
Sessions are held with:
Clear communication and consent
Careful attention to boundaries and comfort
Respect for diverse bodies and identities
A trauma-aware, nervous-system-informed approach
This is a space where you do not need to explain or justify yourself.
You will be met with respect, dignity, and care.
Working Across the Offerings
Each offering within Little Love Healing Heart can stand alone, or work in conversation with the others. You don’t even need to pick one in advance - we can just vibe it.
Some artists begin with Vision and Practice Sessions to clarify their work.
Others arrive through Human Design for energetic insight.
Lomi Lomi often supports deeper restoration and integration.
Together, these offerings support artists to stay connected to their vision, their body, and their creative life over time.
$150 Per session. If cost is a barrier, I don’t want that to stop us — please get in touch and we can find a way forward.
